From our workshop on Maryland's Eastern shore, a community anchored by the Chesapeake Bay, McMartin & Beggins Furniture Makers have been crafting high-quality furniture for over thirty years. We specialize in singular pieces, from traditional to contemporary, all meticulously created with time-tested, benchcrafted techniques. These are the heirlooms of tomorrow.
The Process
Beginning with the design, on through to completion, our custom furniture is created by hand, by us. Whenever possible, we use regionally sourced, local wood, often from our customers' property. From the milling of the lumber to delivery of the finished product, our attention to detail is unmatched. Nothing is mass-produced. This is slow furniture. This is furniture with integrity.
